PLATED SERVICE

Sit-down style service, where each guest is served individually at their table. Plated service is more expensive because each table is pre-set and requires more staff and servers for individual table service and table clearing. This service is usually requires china and glassware rentals.

UKno 2GO PICKUP

Order is picked up from either our corporate office or one of our cafe locations. Food and beverages are packed in disposable containers.

HYBRID PLATED BUFFET SERVICE 

In a Hybrid Plated Buffet Service, guests self-serve from a buffet and then sit at pre-set tables with a charger for their plate, beverages and dessert. It offers a budget-friendly option compared to plated service while adding more formality than a standard buffet. Suitable for glassware or upgraded disposables.

DROP oFF DELIVERY

Order is delivered and dropped off at preferred location. Food and beverage are packed and delivered in disposable containers. 

BUFFET & FOOD STATIONS

Our buffet features a self-serve food line, while food stations are typically strategically placed throughout the room. Both can be sit-down or stand-up, offering a wide array of food and beverage options. This budget-friendly service is suitable for glassware or upgraded disposables.

DROP OFF DELIVERY WITH DISPOSABLE SET-UP

The best of both worlds. Order is delivered and set-up in disposable chafers and trays. Once set up your guests will be ready to be served.
