All of us a UKno Catering, Inc. 100% believe the health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. As we all enter a “NEW WAY” of life, it is important to us that you know the additional processes we have implemented in the wake of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

• We are monitoring and have implemented the recommended guidelines provided by the State of Tennessee, the CDC, and the World Health Organization to ensure that we operate safely.

• Throughout our history, we have always followed the highest standards for safety and sanitation. On top of these, we have implemented:

  • Every employee handling food is required to wear single-use protective gloves. Gloves are changed between each food exchange.

  • Employees are washing hands and sanitizing every time protective gloves are removed

  • Kitchen surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after every task

  • Employees are required to stay home if they do not feel well or sick

In addition to the process and policy updates, our Management Team and Employees want you to feel confident and safe when ordering from UKno Catering. To meet this demand:

• Our Chef’s have developed fresh 2GO Solo Boxed Meals and Snack. Boxed individual meals are perfect in the new era of social distancing

• Order online thru our website and let us provide you with Curbside Pickup Service or Delivery
